Ok, to start, I obviously need a (Martin) header ;) Can't see how to do that, or what the size limits are.

Well, you might wanna change your Journal style, I don't like the one you have on. :p I recommend 'Flexible Squares' (the one I'm using), 'Green of Envy' or 'Smooth Sailing'... or what ever you can find.

There is no limit to the size, you can do what ever you want, 800x400, 900x350, 600x300... you get the idea.

When you select the Journal style and make the header, if you have any problems uploading it, let me know. :)
