Camping Plot - Stuck

See-More screamed like a girl as they all fell into the next dimension -- he screamed like a manly girl, mind you. By the time they all head reached land, See-More tumbled down a small hill and hit the ground hard. When he sat up, groaning in pain, he glanced around to see where he was. He was only able to see his surroundings for a few seconds. ( Read more... )

((sorry, though I posted this))

Robin landed in a brambles bush with a loud yelped and he felt a lead weight dropped into his stomach when he heard a soft crack. "Shi-!" The ex-vampire swore as he rolled onto his hands and knees. Okay, calm down, assess the danger. "Hello, is anyone here?" He called out as he shut his eyes against the light filtering through the canopy. "It's me, Robin!"

Ghost was both fortunate and unfortunate in his landing. On one hand, he was fortunate because he landed where it was soft, so he didn't get injured. On the other hand, he landed in mud while wearing a white suit. He was most definitely not impressed. Though, he had to privately admit that he was at the very least nervous. Being depowered and in a strange place would do that.

He heard Robin's call, and instinctively tried to respond telepathically...but got nothing.

Getting up from the mud, he walked in the direction of Robin's call.

"I'm here," he said, offering a hand to Robin to help him up.

He accepted the hand up. "Guess you won't be wearing white on missions anymore," The boy wonder joked as he used the Albino to pull him -

"ACH!" Robin stumbled, and nearly collided with Ghost, his free hand immediately clutched his side. Don't tell me I broke it, tell me it's not broke-! A part of him panicked when pain shot from his rib and coursed throughout his entire body. His fangless teeth gritted to stifle the rest of the pained cry.

The young man's skin was scratched up from the brambles he crashed into, and was lightly flushed, or seems flushed when compared to his usually china-pale skin.

"Oh, I imagine I still will," said Ghost. "After all, most of the enemies I come up against don't have the powers to depower people and send them...elsewhere. I do have a reputation to maintain, after all."

He didn't really know how to describe this place, aside from the fact that it was most definitely not Jump City.

"Ordinarily, I would ask you if you were quite all right, but it's rather obvious that you're not," he said, raising an eyebrow. "So instead I'll simply ask you this - how bad is it?"

Well, at least Ghost had a decent amount of ammunition on him. But having a mud-soaked suit was uncomfortable, and in the woods, his light coloring stood out. At least he had some fighting ability...but the fact that Robin had a broken rib wasn't terribly encouraging. Of all the Titans, after all, he was the combat specialist. A broken rib would put a severe damper on that fighting ability.

They quietly searched for a while, until finally hearing some familiar sounding voices.

"Oh, good," he said when he came across more people. "Aside from the safety in numbers issue, it's good to know that you got through whatever that was all right."

Cursing was a great way of dealing with anger he couldn't let out with his powers. Of course, Lightning was in the wrong for cursing loudly near a strange animal's cave.

In no time, the animal got out of its cave and went after him. A cross between a bear and a duck, the large beast chased after Lightning until Lightning hid behind trees to lose the animal.

He waited until the beast walked off, and grumbled as he kicked at a rock. "I hate this place already," he said. Maybe leaving the idiots and going off on his own wasn't a good idea in the first place.

Oh man. Those noises were not good. There were some really weird animals in this place they were at, and Ophelia was sure whatever just trampled by off in the distance was something they would want to avoid.

So imagine her surprise that by trying to avoid the monster, her and the others bumped right into Lightning. Well, they didn't literally bump into him, but Ophelia may have knocked him over giving him a hug. "Lightning!! Are you okay?! Have you seen any of the others?"

Unfortunately for Ophelia, she hugged a very crabby Lightning. There will be no hugs today, as the nudge and attempt to get up may have hinted!

"No, I am not okay! That was the third animal that chased me since I came here, I do not have any of my powers, and I cannot get in contact with my br--!"

He paused, and crossed his arms, grumbling a little. "Anyone?... Well, nobody that I care too much. I ran into that stupid Jinx girl and her short friend, but that was it."

"Interesting, leaving people behind who have no powers like yourself, and going off into unknown territory by yourself... " Taban stated tonelessly. In his head, he quickly assessed the teenager in front of him. He was prideful, and egocentric, and rather irritable. Though taking into consideration the circumstances the group had found itself in, it made sense.
