Bored, bored, bored, SO BORED. He isn't even bored enough to go out and rob a store today. Besides, it's a little too chilly outside to attempt something and he already went on a robbing spree with Faust not too long ago. As far as See-More's concerned, he's set for the month, at least until he had to go "Christmas shopping ( Read more... )

And hey, perhaps Terra can provide that attention-grabbing thing. Because she just so happens to be on that same street, going in the opposite direction. She's very happily wearing her sky-blue hoodie and singing quietly to herself, almost bouncing down the street, when she sees See-More. Taking one hand out of the front pouch, she waves at him and calls his name. "Hey, See-More!"

He freezes in his tracks. Oh, well, no scheming for him tonight, unless Terra planned on standing behind him the entire time and going "do it do do it" and encouraging him. He turns right around and spots her, grinning and waving back. "Hey, Terra! Didn't expect to run into anyone," he greets back, heading over.

Well, Terra wouldn't be encouraging him to do anything -- unless he persuaded her somehow, but. "Didn't expect to find anyone I knew out here either. Just out here to pick up some stuff that we don't have at the Tower. So, uh, been a while. What's been up?"

See-more may have been too bored for robberies, but Jinx? Nah. It was a great way to kill boredom! Besides, the cops chasing her certainly made it more exciting. Sure, she would still get away, but when she stole stuff and no one even showed up to stopp her, well. It sort of killed the rush.

Carrying a bag of some overpriced shoes and clothes, and a new video camera for her hideout (Man, when was Gizmo gonna fix her security? she wondered while she ran), she shot her hand out behind her, pink waves of energy crumbling the ground beneath the officers chasing her. "Later!" she smirked, and turned a corner, and- Hey! See-more! She ran over to him, and grinned. "Hey See-more, you busy?"

Aaaaaand then she noticed Terra. Oh. Crap. Nice going Jinx. Cue the sort of embarassed oh shit I just screwed myself akward smile. "Ahahaha. Hi."

"Oh, hey, Jinx--" Oh. Uh. Jinx just walked herself into a very bad trap, didn't she? He coughs, saying very carefully, "I was just walking around the city and I came across Terra here. We're old friends!"

Yyyeah. Not the smoothest move on Jinx's part. But... well. This looks different than the Jinx she knows. Knew. Fought alongside. But hey, maybe she got a makeover or something. "I hope you paid for that," Terra said, though she thought she already knew the real answer.

"Yeah, I uh. Kind of guessed that. Since you guys were talking. Although I didn't notice at first. Obviously." Yeah, Obviously. Or else she wouldn't have run right into her.

She glanced over her shoulder. Well, the cops weren't on her tail anymore. Hopefully Terra wouldn't make too big of a deal of this. She kind of just grins a bit at the blonde, saying "I think you already know I didn't." However for now, she decides to stay there, swinging the bag over her shoulder. Well she's obviously not going to get rid of the goods, and she's not going to attack Terra right there in front of See-more. She'd just have to hope the cops didn't catch up, and hope that Terra didn't pull any of that 'I'm the good guy and I have to stop you' crap. And if she did, well... she'd just have to go from there. "So uh. How's it going?" She says sheepishly.
