So yeah, my dog ate my passport. Sounds funny doesn't it! Well the annoying thing is its not. I now basically cannot do birthright, I might not be able to do any of my abroad programs and its a bitch to get a new passport. So basically by eating my passport my dog in probably a few seconds of destructive bliss has nearly ruined my life - right

oh my god that sucks and i'm sorry!! the best thing is to just apply for it asap.

don't you still have a few years for birthright? i thought it ran out when you were 25 or something.

while that sucks, it's kind of cool to actually have the "my dog ate my homework" excuse be true for once.

however, if one of my students gave me that excuse for why they didn't have their lab notebook, there would be some hell to pay. Or basically just a zero for the lab.

hope it all works out. I'd love to go abroad again...but it's not going to happen anytime in the next 5 years...
