5 Reasons Why Jaebum Said He Hated Taekyeon (& one reason he loved him)

Summary: Memories and past happenings.
i. During the episode of Wild Bunny where 2PM stayed in the apartment, Taekyeon always tried to be the center of attention. Trying to act cute, skin ship, pushing everyone were some of his main tactics. Jaebum hated fake 'cute'. He was so big, so tall, so beastly. Not how a cute guy should be. Wooyoung's cute, Junho's cute sometimes, Taek, no, not so much.
Weeks later, Jaebum saw Taekyeon's self-cam from the episode. He wanted to barf. Too much 'aegyo'.
ii. Watching Taekyeon dance with Baek Ji Young makes Jaebum jealous. He wanted to dance with her. Look at all those sexy moves. Jaebum could do them, and do them better!
"Why was Taek picked to dance with her. I could do it!"
"Jaebum, your feet are too clumsy! You'd knock her off the stage!" Junsu walked in as Jaebum was talking to himself. Now Jaebum felt dumb. Come to think of it, Junsu was beginning to get on Jaebum's nerves...
iii. "Jaebum, you should put in your lifts so that you don't look so short next to me!"
"I already have my lifts in..."
iv. In America, Jaebum was used to staying up late and waking up early. He actually loved to have late night snacks. After watching TV for a few hours, Jaebum headed for the kitchen. Junho was fast asleep in the bed next to his. Getting out of the room and into the living room is so difficult. Wooyoung would be curled up on the floor out there and if he hears someone, he'll pop right up.
Tip-toeing, Jaebum makes it to the kitchen only to find Taekyeon in there.
"Hey, I ate all the ice cream and cookies. There might be a donut or two left." Jaebum wanted to scream.
v. During days off, most of the members just wanted to stay home and rest. Nichkhun and Junho usually headed out but the rest of the members liked to lay in bed all day long.
Jaebum was resting in bed with his laptop talking to some people and listening to music. He let his phone drop to the floor hours ago.
Listening to the other members run around throughout the house getting food and what-not made Jaebum sleepy. He turned off his laptop and curled up in bed around the heat the plugged in device was giving off. Just as he was dozing off, his phone rang. Jaebum let it ring, hoping that it would just stop but it starting ringing again right after the first one stopped. For the next 10 minutes, Jaebum's phone was ringing off the hook, like a never ending ring.
"Jaebum! Answer your phone! I have a question to ask you!" Taekyeon could be so dumb sometimes.
i. Sleep came easier for Jaebum back in America. Not having to share a dorm with 6 other guys makes everything so much easier. No one to take care of, no one to worry about, no one to keep him awake at night. The only thing that was horrible was that Jaebum was all alone most of the time. Sure, he had friends out here, but it's not the same. Jaebum called to Wooyoung every chance he got, but the international charges were getting insane. Thinking back on everything, Jaebum laid awake, staring and wondering.
A faint light came from across the room, it was his phone. 'Who would be calling so late?' The caller ID said that it was from a private caller. Ignore.
Private Caller. Ignore.
Private Caller. Ignore.
On the 4th call, he answered.
"Hello?"
"Jaebum-ah! I thought you were dead! Can we talk now? I've missed you so much..."
"I miss you everyday Taek..." Jaebum's heart was pounding behind his chest.
