Awesome! Ella just started today and I'm totally worried about her being bored. They're talking working on letter recognition and she's working on cursive at home :/

Yeah...Lyric has known her ABC's and how to count to 20 for well over a year since spending about a 1 1/2 in preschool. Plus we started early at home. I'm hoping since the kids are getting pretty settled into things now that things get a lil more challenging or I might dual enroll her in a homeschool program so we can do some challenging stuff as well.

I was pretty stunned when they said they'll be focusing on letter recognition for the first couple MONTHS O_o. Don't nearly all Kindergartners have that down by the time they start? Luckily I homeschooled my girls for the past couple years so I have plenty of materials to use for her.

WOW..the first couple of months!! They should have that down pretty well, specially those that went to any sort of preschool.
