what sizes is she in these days? Ella is sharing a lot of stuff now with her 9 yr old sister (7/8 shirts, 5 or 6 pants, and 10 shoes) and it blows my mind.
Sorry I forgot to reply at the time I posted this. Molly is a solid 5, or XS in the clothes we buy, which is primarily Old Navy, Gap, Gymbo, Target. If we branched out and bought more brands she might vary more in size. I think by the fall she *might* needs 6's in tops because she's got extremely long arms and a long torso and that's where she outgrows tops first in sleeves and overall length.
Kyra is around 36-38 pounds and 38 or 39 inches. I think she's taking after my husband's side for height (they're all shorter than he is and he's only 5'8" or so, where I am one of the shortest on my side at 5'6"), but my side for build. So she's solid but no longer at the tip top of the growth charts. She's at the point where neither a 4T or a big girl's 4 fit her properly and I ended up sewing her summer dresses and most of her shorts will be hand-me-downs from her big brother because they fit her better.
now HOLY CRAP! we have some serious tall genetics here and are constantly stunned how much bigger she is than kids a year older, but DANG!!!! we're 5'9" and 6'8", what are you guys?
I just re-measured my girls thinking I was wrong lol But, Addisyn is jusssst shy of 44", so like 43.75 in and my 5 year old is 50" exactly. They are super tall. My dr said my 5 year olds height is of a 9 or 10 year old girl. I'm just shy of 5'10" and my husband is 6'5". I never met my father in law but he was 6'8" and his dad was said to be 7ft!!!!! Ya. We have talllll kids.
42" and 39.5lbs. she's .5" taller and 3lbs heavier at 3y9m than her sister was on her 5th birthday! Like Molly, sticking right to her curve plus our genetics :D
