Ilsa’s hand-eye coordination that allows her to throw even crap knives well also extends to juggling. She only practices when no-one is watching.
She learned to cook from her family members, so while she leans more to Tejano and Cuban recipes, she does have some skills in Cajun and Japanese cooking.
Ilsa prefers the recipes of the Provençal region to the Parisian or Nouvelle Cuisine that she learned at the culinary academy.
She likes her coffee and tea without sugar or sweeteners, unless she’s upset, then she’ll go for dessert coffee, or a double-double.
If she identifies you as family, she will watch out for you, whether you like it or not.
