Homecoming King and Queen!
All right, so Homecoming is still going in full swing, but we've yet to choose a Homecoming King and Queen! Lan gave me the go ahead to handle this one, so consider this post to be the IC ballot box.
Each character is allowed one vote for Homecoming King, a teenage boy, and one vote for Homecoming Queen, a teenage girl. However, we know some characters will be tempted to cheat! In the interest of fairness, we'll be using the rules from last year's prom. Your character will be able to cheat and cast an extra ballot. If they cast more than one, however, we're going to say their deception will be discovered and all but 2 ballots are thrown out.
So that means:
Non-cheaters get one vote for King and one vote for Queen.
Cheaters get two votes for King and two votes for Queen.
Please reply to the threads below with character nominations (which do not count as a vote) and then reply to nominations with either +1 or +2 in the header using the journal of the character voting to indicate the votes.
OOCly, voting will be open until 11:59 pm Eastern on Sunday, but ICly votes close before the end of homecoming where the winners will be announced.
Everyone work hard and good luck beating out prom's big winner, inanimate carbon rod. He's a tough contender.
