Desecration of the Holy Innocents

Now that Caster has teamed up with his new Master, Oichi, he'll be starting a campaign of atrocities every now and then across Mayfield; however, he will specifically be targeting a particular location that has been on his mind for a good while: the Church ( Read more... )

Bazett is allied with Alessandro. Protective mode initiating in 3...2...1...

Plus, it's Caster doing it. She has a bone to pick with the guy. Even if she's not in the Church during the attack, she'll still try to charge into the place.

Hmmm, now that is interesting. Bazett's presence could potentially change things.

Oichi likes the 'Lady of the Summer Sacrifice.' She remembers how kind and patient the Lady was when escorting her home. And when she likes people, she is entirely less likely to hurt them.

What all of this boils down to is that Bazett is one of the few people in town with a chance of talking Oichi down.

Hm... I suppose then that this might turn into a battle of words midway through. If negotiations succeed, then the fight will immediately end early with Gilles feeling very bitter.

Well, a lot of that depends on whether she even tries to talk to Oichi. If she just comes at this with guns blazing, so to speak, Oichi may not even notice that she's there.

Wrong account to do this, but Negi, Lyra and Karina would definitely be pinged by this.

Right, they're more or less the heroic types... one of them is an outright superhero too. Okay, they're welcomed to try fighting off the hoard!

Would you be OK if Engie joins the fight? He's a Baptist Christian.

I say go for it. He has to defend his faith however he can.

Dakki would take an interest in this, especially if it's during the drone mass? Her now-droned not-daughter Aurica spent time in the church when she was here... and she probably still does go to church with the other drones and Dakki's kind of... protective of her, still. (She has strong feelings about droned people. Yeah.)

So while she may not be accompanying drone-Aurica, she'll possibly be coming around to pick her up/escort her home and she'd totally get in on the fighting once crazy Caster things go down.

And be really mad that someone made Aurica explode. Yowzers. :|

Aurica's not in the game anymore? Aw, I haven't seen her around all that much now that you mention it... but true, well, yeah, then she's subject to exploding into abominations as everyone else... It won't be a fun day for Dakki.

Aurica's player needed to take a break back at the end of October. So.. yeah. :(

Yes! Dakki does enjoy fighting horrible abomination things! Although this is going to be less fun and more irrationally vengeful.

Or possibly really, really short if she happens to have been talked into accompanying drone-Aurica to the service. :| SUDDENLY, ABOMINATIONS, EVERYWHERE.

Provided that their regains go through, Vivio and Satou will have their magical powers and wouldn't stand for this sort of thing. So if there's still room for either of them to jump in then I'd be excited to participate.

Vivio's magic focuses mainly on strengthening her martial arts, but she's capable of attacks similar to Nanoha's and Fate's.

Satou's magic focuses on using a lot of firepower and resolving things very quickly. She has just about no defense and could be easily taken out by a well placed blow, unless she gets/forces someone to protect her. She'd have to be knocked unconscious to get her to stop though.

I should have Sage join if only for fighting the tentacled abominations segment. It's the only way where I won't go far enough to start muncesting. Vivio and Satou would probably more or less be pretty effective against the abominations, but it'll largely be a fight of endurance. Caster will constantly respawn his abominations making things very troublesome.

But then again, it sounds like it'd work given the sheer power both have.

The best family ever going on an abomination fighting family outing. Yay~!

At the very least it'll help Satou realize she needs to think more about defense. Vivio should be able to hold up for the endurance part. I'll probably have Derptou get knocked out unless she can get some back-up. Firepower at the cost of endurance, tsk tsk.

Sage will largely be keeping a ~*~secret identity~*~, but he will be willing to help out his magical girl not!daughter, yes. He didn't even realize you were a magical girl. Goddamn.

But yeah, things will probably turn out all right for the two if anything.
