[ The situation you step into in the dream is rather peaceful, rather normal. It's just a regular bedroom, probably a little girl's if you judge from the amount of pink and the various dolls and glittery drawings lying around all over the place. In fact, it's Nanako's room from back home, since you might spot her sitting in her bed in pink pajamas

Still scared, huh?

[ Taiwan is sitting on her bed, playing with some of Nanako's dolls. This is the first time she's ever been in a dream, but she's not too panicked. In fact, she probably doesn't even know she's in a dream at all. Probably. ]

Where are we? This is your room?

[junesoholic]

[ There's something weird about Taiwan suddenly being here, she realises that much.. But at the same time she somewhat recognizes her too, although she can't quite recall from where. She nods, even if it's slightly shyly. ]

U.. uh-huh, I still don't think I can sleep like this.. And-- yes! This is my room, ahaha..

[plumflowers]

[ Taiwan holds a doll in front of Nanako, making its arms move and head nod a little. ]

If this is your room, why are you scared? You're here everyday, aren't you?

[junesoholic]

W-well, yes.. But normally the monster under the bed isn't there, I think..

[ She watches the doll somewhat with fascination though, already seeming a bit more comfortable than before. ]

[Chell blinks, glancing over to the girl. She's sitting on the floor some few feet away.]

You don't seem convinced.

[junesoholic]

[ Nanako turns her head towards the source of the sound. For a moment she seems a little surprised that there's someone in her room - someone she might even recognize a little, even though she isn't sure why since the person must obviously be a complete stranger, not someone from Inaba. But she still nods very weakly, as if she doesn't mind the fact that there's a stranger in her room. ]

Nuh-uh.. I, um.. think it's still there. [ Her gaze is aimed downwards at her blankets in a little shy mood. ]

[Chell looks to the bed and moves towards it without getting to her feet.]

Do you know what it is? [She moves to lie down on her stomach, lifting the blankets draped over the edge of the bed.]

I-I'm not sure, it's pretty dark under there..

[ And it is dark under her bed-- you practically can't see anything. ]

But it must be a pretty scary monster if it's hiding in the darkness, right?

[it's weird, chie doesn't remember going to the dojimas' house, and she certainly doesn't remember crawling under nanako's bed. yet somehow, inexplicably, this is where she finds now herself.]

[ Even if she would find it weird for Chie to be here, it doesn't show up on her face either way when she hears the voice. She does sound a little curious though. Thankfully she does recognize the voice, otherwise she might have completely freaked out. ]

U-um..? [ It's almost a question in itself as she glances around to see where Chie is. ] A-are you okay..?

[heavyheels]

Nanako-chan? [staring up at the underside of the bed] I think so ... are you OK?

[junesoholic]

I-I-I'm okay..

[ She stutters more since she's fairly sure Chie's voice is coming from, well, under her bed, where she thinks a 'monster' is, and-- ]

Please watch out for the monster..! [ Her voice sounds a bit more worried, perhaps agitated. ]

A-Are you scared, Nanako...? [ Viktor tilts his head as he stands a few ways away. ]

I-It's okay! There's nothing there, I know. I-I would check too all the time when I was younger...

[junesoholic]

[ There's a slight moment where she looks surprised, but then she somehow seems to realise who it is - even though she's sure it isn't someone from Inaba (where does she know him from?) and especially not someone who would be in her room. And yet she seems to accept it. ]

I-is there really nothing there..? [ She pouts a little. ] For sure?

F-For sure! Should I check for you...?

[junesoholic]

P-please.. [ Her look turns a bit hopeful, even though she still seems scared. ] I-it's maybe a little weird, but.. I don't care to look..

[He softly calls out her name, resting his left hand against the wall in the dark room.]

Hey... Can't sleep, Nanako?

[junesoholic]

[ She looks a bit startled at the sudden sound, but when she sees it's Ryu she settles down just a little bit. Apparently she doesn't find it that strange at all for him to suddenly be in her room in Inaba. She shakes her head lightly. ]

I don't think I can sleep as long as the monster is there..

[dragon_savior]

Well, look at it this way. I've never found a monster I can't defeat. If it tries to bother you, then I'll chase it out!

[He smiles.]

How does that sound?

R-really..? You can defeat any kind of monster at all?

[ She looks surprised, but more because she's so in awe - of course she believes what he's saying. ]

Then even the monster under my bed shouldn't be a problem, right?
