I just submitted my first ever SSHG Exchange fic! It's about 23,000 words in five posts. Two very wonderful people took a whole lot of time out of their busy lives to put meat on the bones (beta, edit, comment, proofread, encourage, etc.). I'm excited and also apprehensive. Will readers like it or hate it? And is it too late to change my name

(preens....) you know that Exchange fics are anonymous until after the big reveals in February/March, or else I would be soooo tempted to show it to you. sigh... maybe I should complain to shiv about that, since she was whining on her LJ that nobody has been whining to her about the Exchange.
