Probably because not that many women allow themselves to reach that stage. They often feel like they are going to pee the bed I am told.

I totally did once (the peeing on the bed) it was embarrassing as hell, but Dan still really enjoys making me ejaculate all over the place. He and one of our friends have a friendly competition, and I am quite certain that I benefit from this, as it is awesome.
