June 21st means Dad's been gone 21 years...he's been out of my life longer than he was in it...Some days it feels like yesterday...and everyday I think of him...he was my best friend...and the one person I knew loved me...

it's days like today that make remind me of what life is suppose to be like....i hope for more of them

i do believe someone has slipped me some happy juice......whoever did it....keep it up....on other fronts....and i know it's stupid but i can't help it....i'm still figuring this journal thing out....i guess that means i need to be around more...but still you'd think i would know how to do basic things....hopefully time will smarten me somewhat.... the day is going great....for some unknown reason my body has surprised me yet again.....thought i was in a rut...have been the last year....but so far this month i lost 17 pounds....i didn't do anything to deserve this but it was a happy thought.....well now i'm trying.....hope i don't screw it up and stop losing....knowing me anything can happen

it's been a good week.....got a call today my ins lady wants me to come speak at her lions club meeting which is cool....i've heard part of a baseball game on the radio from the jaxs which is our local i think double a team.....what is cool but weird is the national team is the mariners from seattle.....cool but weird cause we be a few thousand ( Read more... )

This time of year always brings good and bad memories....the thing i try to remember is that it's Jesus' birthday and everyone should at least try and be merry....It's been a good last half of the year and next year will be better...I don't know why i say it but something tells me it will be....i think part of it has to do with me wanting better ( Read more... )

during college some of my best memories are of tina matt and me sitting around the piano playing and singing... tho i can't sing those two always made beautiful music.... a couple of days ago i got my diploma.... i can't say i'm a drop out anymore which is good... seeing it made me think of the good times and how i wished for just a few moments so ( Read more... )
