Junjou Romantica Doujinshi "Theater Chika Chika Chikka"

I noticed that Nakamura's other Doujinshi "Theater Chikachikachikka" (シアターチカチカチッカ) never got translated, unlike her other "Cheap Star" Doujinshi. Does anyone on here own that old thing? (It's up on auction sites for 12.000 Yen, which is pretty expensive in my opinion

...I honestly thought I had translated both of them, but it probably just seems that way because I spent so dang long on the novel part of Cheap Star. (I'm sure I meant to do the other one...) Anyway, I have both of them, though I'd have to look to tell you what was in it because it's been so long since I read it. I can't say I think it's worth ¥12000, though, unless you're really a completionist. Also...I have definitely seen it in used stores in Japan for less than that....*checks* Mandarake has it for ¥8200. Which is still a lot. But it's less, anyway. I would swear I've seen them for less than that in person, but maybe there's a premium for buying them online?
