In this past week, I've been wrestling with the idea that either... one, I'm over it...or two, I'm emotionally drained. However, yesterday, with a visit... and today, with a phone call... I realize that I'm neither one nor the other.

I was never a big fan of Valentine's Day. And that, I believe, has been my saving grace for today.

I snowboarded in terrible conditions this weekend and came out a better person. It was trying. It was painful. It was cold. It was wet. It was windy. It was FUN.
