I need a muse.

How does one go about finding, leasing, borrowing, cajoling a muse? I keep finding art that moves me, that makes me want to make art, that stirs creativity within but I have trouble starting. I start sketching the beginning of a painting then I stop. I can't sketch unless I go to a figure drawing class. There's shit in me that wants to come out but
