This weekend was freakin amazing.  Friday was just sweet with Open Mic Night which was awesome, a total hit.  As always, there were some so-so performances, and then others that were sweet and some that made me laugh my ass off.  A key example of the last on that list was Emily Lorenzen writing haiku’s and then reading them aloud.  I think those ( Read more... )

Today was good, yesterday was good, things are...well, good. Today was not good...and I'm not so wrapped up in the Presidential election as some, although I'm not happy about it. Tonight marked the last time I will ever play competitive soccer, or I should say be a part of a team which competes in a league....the last time ever.
