the story of OMSK ! (2003/07)
st: please tell us about how omsk got together.
os: oh....we haven't really thought of anything...(wispers to mk)
mk: let's just make it that we met in the philipines ?
os: are we brothers ?
mk: no.....we were both traveling and we met.
os: right......i was traveling with my family, but he was traveling alone....
mk: it was in usbekistan ! .....i recall.....it was my 6th country to visit.....i didn't have anything in mind, but i was just traveling....
os: i just said hi to you...right ?
mk: right....and i met ur family....and it was my first time to experience the warmth of family....
os: yeah....he seemed very lonely so i introduced him to my family....then he played the guitar for me....and i thought i could do anything with him !
mk: right. we finished our first song in a second.....you looked really nice in red and gold from that time os!
os: i was wearing red and gold, so mk tht "i should wear blue and silver !" instantly....
mk: and thats how the costumes were decided.
st: are you guys going to preform in the summer concert too ?
mk: im not sure...........the summer concert is the only opportunity to show omsk for us so i hope we can do it...
os: especially because the costume was so expensive, i have this feeling that we HAVE to continue lol
mk: yeah....it was so expensive so we can't just say "we only used it once !" .....and we can't give it to the jrs because theres only two of them lol
os: yeah theres only two pieces....
mk: maybe we should ask kinki kids to use it lol
st: did u do the choreography yourself ?
os: yeah.....we took time for it, but it was just him and me so it didn't progress very well.....
mk: but it finished just fine!
os: but at first the fans looked at us like we went mad....and that scared me.....
mk: i think thats a natural attitude lol
os: while the fans mind was blank, we would sing quickly and get off stage....lol but then i saw a fans site that had all the lyrics to the song which was almost all correct, and i thought "wow".
mk: well, at the end of the concert, we were the most popular ! but id rather not do it again lol
os: i feel guilty right after i do it....i think to my self "what have i done...."
mk: but if we were to do it again, we want a new summer-like song right ?
os: right. and the airconditioner on.....
mk: with two papers

st: from its first column one and a half years ago, arashi's page is finally printed in color ! let's look back at the hard work arashi has done throughout the 1.5years

matsumoto: i did school girl uniform and turtle....i can never forget....
ninomiya: i hated doing the bald guy !

sakurai: before it became a column, we were always on together...so that was fun.
ohno: well, for me, after if became a column, every time i have the photo shooting, something cracked inside me and i couldn't stop.......

aiba: i think i read it at a convinience store....and as i turned the page i think i coldnt stop laughing....lol
