Hey, what would be decent pay for a part-time sales job? Somebody tell me, I don't know what to ask for.

i would suppose $6.50-7.50/hr would be an appropriate wage for a part-time sales position to start. with 30hrs/week for 50 weeks, that could reach as much as $11,000/yr. It also depends on the area. in the ritzy suburbs, one would attempt a higher wage, such as $8.50-10.00/hr. which would add another $4,000/yr. a word of caution, however, try not to exceed $12,000/yr total salary, or you won't get as much back from taxes. good luck. and try for higher if you want.
