I knew this was going to happen... the day were the lack of happiness for being in Germany kicks in. Not that I'm not happy that I made the move here. As the people that I have been chatting to much lately know that I have been missing my life back in Halifax. This last week really did it... it started with hearing that my friends in Halifax

sorry, it took me a long time to come and check your journal. I had no idea you were going through this. I hope you're already feeling better, and if not, keep the hope! I doubt anyone will be indefinitely unhappy in Europe!

We all miss you, too, but remember, most people here are not here forever, think of all the people that have left already. It's very sad to stay, too!
Games nights are not the same without you, but we did have fun playing a game that Paul brought in, "The pillars of the Earth", a German game, and we played in German, trusting that Paul and Sangeeta were true in their translations.
Anyway, Thom is growing fast, almost 7 months. He's been eating solid foods, and even though he doesn't roll, he can almost stand up! he's pretty firm if we hold him.
