It's over- Suzanne was incredibly happy about the condition of the house (despite the fan not being cleaned), and other than me having to clean up some dirty rings on the stove- the metal ones, which hadn't been done properly, and a tiny bit more cleaning (about 15/20 ins worth) it's all done- and mine prime concern (huge loss of bond) is over.

Oh my gods, when I moved back to Hong Kong last year, I was aware that I may lose some money for breaking the contract and bond or whatever. What I didn't realize, was that the bastard real estate people decided that prints on the carpet left by my couch was enough to declare damage and that I got back barely half of what I'd expected.

If my mom wasn't a real estate agent in the past, I'd curst every one of their names!
