You had me at pasta with caramelized onions and blue cheese...mmmm....I finally put it on hold at my library! Now to wait impatiently for it to arrive...*tapping fingers on desk*
check out weelicious.com - they have great recipes (many vegetarian tagged) that are baby friendly. I do make Claire's food, but in one month - she'll be 8 months - we can share the same dinners, though hers will be more pureed. If you're into food now, I suggest switching gears and going there - and getting Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron - she is vegetarian and focuses on meals for the family....
That's the second time today I've heard of this cookbook! How odd! And those recipes do sound AMAZING. I doubt I would cook them very often (unless they really truly are simple), but I need that cookbook!
Easy Baked Tofu had me picturing the little Easy Bake ovens. Ha!
I LOVE butternut squash soup. mmmmm. And I love capers. I love a lot of things on this list! Wow.
I do scrambles instead of omelets just because I can't get the omelet to stay together right - however, from now on I'm going to TELL people that I don't like the texture of an omelet. LOL! Thanks! ;-)
And have I mentioned how absolutely ADORABLE Violet is???
