Let's hope people don't act like fucking animals. Again, I say if I see anyone in the City acting like slutty douches and screaming about how Kyo is so "KAWAII!!! ^.^" and speaking broken Japanese--they are getting shoved in the middle of angry taxis. I don't tolerate stuff like that. I find it irritating, and disrespectful to the band.
You know all the people who are screaming: "I'LL BE THERE AT 6 AM!!!!!!!!!!!! WOO!" LOL. They make me laugh. Let's see them say that when they finally *do* get to the City and discover how cold it is, and angry club goers who are still lingering outside Avalon, or all the people rushing to get to work in that area.
Sickening. If anyone disrespects my hometown for Dir en grey, don't expect me not to bite a few people. I hate when fanatics ruin it for everyone.
You can bet that if I see any misconduct, I will MAKE a scene to attract security to get people thrown out.
I'm going to the concert with no tolerance, and with the intent to meet respectful, MATURE fans.
You've GOT to be fucking kidding me. What happened to sellers being reasonable?
If I (God forbid) had to sell my ticket, I would charge them no more then $50. Actually, I'd stop the bid at $45 dollars on a first come, first serve basis. $45 is what I paid for 1, + shipping. Not to mention, since I am bound by the law of New York State, I CAN'T charge more then $48, which is completely fair.
I would not let people jack the price to over $400. I'm sorry, but we are working class people too. We need that money to pay BILLS. Besides, I doubt the band would want people to be spending so much money for a ticket. Since these concerts are designed for teenagers too, hence why the prices are the way they are. They want people to afford to GO.
exactly, i needa pay for shit. i'm po' that's why i'm hoping to sell my extra ticket for 500 bucks.
and the auction thing... do y'all understand that on ebay, if person A puts "highest bid: $300" when the bidding is at 100, and person B puts 150, all it says is "you've been out bid" so person B says... ok maybe $250 will do it. they're not fucking dumbasses. they're rich motherfuckers, but you need to understand the way bidding works...
It's honestly disgusting. In reality I'm going into the city EARLY to hang out with YOU. You're a friend. Of course we'll go there early, but not at six AM for a seven PM concert. It's just highly ridiculous!
Not to mention my friend who I met in Japan who is back in America as well said "People better not ruin this for you. Don't LET them." and I won't. I've come too far to let them do such a thing. These little fucking twelve year olds with their wannabe-mature attitude (which is basically immaturity) will be shoved into the sewers before facing me.
It's disgusting. THIS WAS WHAT I WAS AFRAID OF WHEN DIR EN GREY DECIDED TO COME TO THE U.S.
I totally agree with you. I love my boys, but I refuse to mix into the obsessive fangirl base who is only worshipping the band because of their looks--and not for their music. Sure, they'll listen to their music, but instantly they'll whine when they can't see their "h0ttttt boyzz" and shit. That's the only reason they want to be in front, you know. To stare at their crotches. I want to be up front to connect with them as they play, and to watch Kyo sing. That's my greatest wish. Not to stare at his shlong.
People won't ruin it for us. I have you, and I have a lot of other dedicated fans who are coming to listen to their MUSIC, not use them as "pretty Japanese icons." We'll be all right, and I will not be afraid to abuse New Yorker stereotypes. :) I am a friendly person, until you push me and act like a fucking cunt.
Thanks hon. You give me a lot of hope. I really can't stand what's going on with the fanbase. I mean, at first I was very iffy and thought nothing of it, but now it's just obscure and I want to kill them all.
You know... I will be an emotional wreck when I stand there to watch them perform. I'm sure all dedicated fans will be.
They better be nice. I'm the Waru. I'm tiny. I can't see. I might have to climb on your shoulders~
I don't know, perhaps it's because I connect with music on a different level than some people do. I need it to get through my day. If I don't hear at least a few songs an hour, I start getting cranky and unsociable. That's why I always bring headphones to parties and concerts. If I don't like the band that's playing, I put on music I do like. If I don't like the parties music, if they're even playing any, I go introvertive and jam to my own tunes. When it comes to concerts of this magnitude (one of my top five bands, a permanent spot on the top two especially) things have to play out perfectly for me. I want to be close so I can see the music. I want to watch the way Die stares at his frets when he solos, shaking his hair to be all bad ass. I wanna see the shy look that Shinya gets after he's just closed a song and the way his sticks hit the crash cymbals, I would love to see one Toshiya's solos up close and personal because the man is a four-string master. Kaoru's 'rock on' face when he's

It's a gig not a playgroup.
