She's a whirlwind, that one...
I went to the JET information session yesterday, and honestly came out feeling less sure about applying for the program than I did before I went in.
I don't know whether I should apply for the ALT or CIR position, because there are parts of both that I think I would like doing, and aspects of both positions that I think would not benefit me. In the end, I think I'm applying for the ALT position, because there is just that much bigger of a chance I will get accepted to the ALT position than the much more competitive CIR position. Supposedly you need a high level of Japanese for the CIR position, and I don't think my japanese level as of now is functional enough in a business setting.
Every time i think about filling out the application, I get the quick urge to do something else, be it sleep, other homework or run other errands. The same goes for studying for my upcoming JLPT. which i won't even need if i apply for the ALT position. and then there is the GRE and grad. school. Apparently JET doesn't let you know if you are shortlisted/waitlisted/rejected until April 07...which is pretty damn late. Ack!
Damn it! I don't know if it's just being sick these last couple of days, but I want to sleep at any/every moment of the day. I ♥ Nyquil and Dough Co.
alicethephallus came down and visited me last weekend, and it was really fun! We went yarn shopping, bubble tea drinking, regular drinking etc...but i would go and catch the plague of death the night before she got here. >_<
The fuck is McDreamy thinking?? He finally divorces Addison, and he is all free and clear to date Meredith. Meredith TELLS him she's not dating McVet. And what does he do? He completely blows her off.
I really don't think Addison having a 1 month "relationship" with McSteamy vs a 1 night fling is any worse than before...
Okay...when Derek joins Seattle Grace, believable. Then when Addison joins, kinda cliche-ey, but still believable. When McSteamy also joins SG....not so believeable anymore...come on! they can't all join SG! I don't care how good they are.
That doctor who was a ass to Bailey during the MnM? what a dickhead. "hormonal" my ass!How can he even think to imply Bailey isn't as good as a doctor because she is a mother?
I can't believe Izzie just stuck a 8.7 mil. dollar check on her fridge. She could deposit it, and earn interest while she is deciding what to do with the money. You never know when the house is going to catch on fire and burn up the check along with it.
