I'm a 80 year old chain smoker in a 21 year old body

So I finally get back to Tokyo, and I am sick! I have this cough that should not be cursed on anyone who HASN'T been smoking 5 packs a day for that last 30 years. And i am taking the nastiest cough medicine known to man. I went to the drug store yesterday, and specifically asked for cough medicine in capsules or pills. what did i get?? GRANULATED
