I quit smoking a while back and since then i still havent touched it. I hope to be like that forever. Special thanks to my friends who supported me while i smoked and especially eric and justin, they always tried to make me quit and i finally did. Thanks guys, i love you.

Il try man, its one step at a time. ive also been working out on my bench again. so if everyone gives me a break, i can stop drinking. its not like i do it every day or week. special ocations now.
