Fresh spinach, escarole, and butterleaf, with red capsicum, roma tomatoes and carrots. Topped with granny smith apples, pears and strawberries. I added sprouted sunflowers and sunflower seeds. Edible flowers for a bit of flavor (and presentation, I guess). I wish I had remembered the feta in the fridge or had a chance to candy pecans for this thing.
