Thank you so much for working through your problems to finish this very absorbing fic. And for promising another one! Please don't push yourself so hard next time;if it won't come,it won't come.No beating yourself up about, either, just write as and when you feel like it.Whatever you write,I will read, and I'm hoping for Moriarty to get his just desserts soon!
AS for names,if you use Moriarty, what about Bluebottle?(Faint cry from the back,Yes,what about Bluebottle?) Eccles and Major Bloodnok, not to mention Gryptype-Thynne......!

I still don't know a thing about tenis, but it's always a thrill to read your matches. Again a wonderful story. Thank you so much!

I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you! I LOVE this story and its previous incarnation and cannot wait for more. Kudos to you for resisting the siren's lure of letting John and Sherlock win on their first time out in doubles. We have been programmed by modern American media to expect happy endings and success stories, even for the youngest beginner, so I think it takes a lot of writerly strength to resist that easier happy ending. Not that bathtub sex isn't a happy ending!

As for ACD characters, the one who jumped to my mind was Charles Augustus Milverton, who Holmes calls one of the worst men in London. He's a blackmailer and quite manipulative. There's also John Clay (aka Vincent Spaulding) in "The Red-Headed League" who's smart, obsessed with his illegitimate connection with a duke. That could be fun. As for women, I've always had a few faves: Violet from Copper Beeches, for instance. You could do an Irene Adler storyline, too...

Can't wait for the next story, whenever it happens!
