OK. Well i read You on a diet this weekend b/c Dr Oz was on Oprah again a couple of weeks ago and i found it pretty interesting. I really don't believe in "dieting" i believe in lifestyle changes. When i first started losing weight i didn't really cut anything out- i just really watched my portions and treated myself when i deemed neccessary.

yea, i've been trying to eat healthier as well these days. being a vegetarian, i generally eat pretty healthy, but i've been doing my best to cut high fructose corn syrup out of my diet. it's in everything though! even english muffins and ketchup, so beware.
