I just found out today that the other car involved also has $6,000 worth of damage to her car. The guy who caused the accident only can cover $10,000 worth of damage. What does this mean? Well since my car has over $6,000 worth of damage and the other lady had $6,000 worth of damage the guy can’t cover my car. This means I have to pay for my car

Why is the other womans car a priority when yours is more beat-up?

one car doesnt have priority over an other its just that both car danage is $12,000 so we have to find our own way to fix it and the insurance well pay some money back.
