Personally, I wasn't a fan of Yellow Fever. Sam and Bobby were just too callous and insensitive, and of course, the possibility of Dean's impending death was played for cheap laughs.

And then there was that scene in the motel room with vision!Lilith and that's when the whole ha ha look how ridiculous the Ghost Sickness thing is! completely toppled over and went straight into bloody scary. For Dean it was quite clearly NOT a laughing matter. (I must say that I'm not ever really surprised when Sam is callous and insensitive towards Dean, because I don't ever really expect differently. Even though - in this episode it was way worse than normal, and it seemed to come out of nowhere, no siren, no nothing. Season 4 Sam, what can you say, right?)
The thing is, I would have loved to see Sam's a-HA! moment after i>Heaven and Hell, and to have even just one single line, telling Dean Oh man, this must be why you got the Ghost Sickness a few episodes ago! I'm so so sorry I made fun of you that time! You know, to have the reason for the Ghost Sickness infection acknowledged on screen ( ... )

No problems there with Jensen :D
