How do you tell someone that their friend is not quite as sweet as they seem, especially when you know they won't believe you anyway? I guess sometimes keeping your mouth shut is golden, no matter how much it irritates you.
No, you're definitely not the person I was talking about. You're much sweeter than most people. That's the problem, though, is that this person has no idea her friend is a complete two-face and talks badly about her. I think being blunt would just hurt everyone involved.

i recently had a friend say "i mean i dont want to say anything bad about "joe" but sometimes he does annoying things..."
i replied " you have no idea. he's a horrible person."
bluntness is the way to go.
