Just when I think I have Dubya pegged, he surprises me...like when I hated him most he suddenly comes out in public and says "We're going to Mars!" Then recently he makes a public statement about "Addiction to oil" and alternative energy sources that, if Bill Clinton had made it, would probably have sparked civil war...now he defends free speech. This being the same president who introduced the Orwellian "free speech zones" idea.

Maybe they keep changing his medication?
