Why won't you just look into the world of journalism? I know you said it's not a whole lot of money in the field, but look at it this way you LOVE to write. And you're writing has always upstaged mine for as long as I have known you. Someone who loves to write, writes really good, and passed an entry level college writing exam should really consider getting involved. I mean, why spend 13 years of your life doing something that you do all the time for me! You always solve my problems, it don't take 13 years of training to do that, ha! And my problems are strange .....I know. Look at me, I haven't chosen a major yet because I am making sure I am doing what I want to do, not what I think is going to get me the big house and BMW. Besides, you can become the next barbara walters, peter jennings, or at least editor of cosmo magazine.

I'd be lying if I said I havn't at least looked into the field because I have. There's one problem with journalism though. The job won't always be there. If I took news reporting, then I'd have to write about what someone else told me to write about, and along with that it's extremely competitive. If I did free lance writing like an author then I could write about whatever I wanted, but what if it doesn't sell or I can't get published? Another reason journalism is kinda iffy to me is because I really only write to my fullest potential when i'm writing from my heart(whoa that sounded corny). For example you've gotten a taste of my heartfelt writing when you've read the things i've writen to you know who, but even then i'm holding back lots of things I could say. So in other words, I really can only write to MY satisfaction when i'm writing about something that's mind provoking in my eyes, if it's something else then i'm more than likely to write whatever just to get me by.
