oh my goodness. it's like he has an on/off button or something/a drunk baby.

i would never want my baby to laugh like that.. i can just imagine it -- my baby starts laughing in the middle of the night and i'll freak out and think he/she's haunting me or something.

well it doesnt work for me but from the comments I can see that it is a baby laughing. I think I saw this on the weekend when I was at Adam's, he loves You Tube. If it's the one I think it is... and the guy makes a noise and the baby laughs hysterically, then it is freaking hilarious and I almost cried from laughing so hard.
