A display of bravado is probably one of the most common responses to being found in this situation, but I'm afraid that as fellow captives, none of us will be able to really assist you in leaving. Ah, at any rate, if you follow the pattern of other captives, you are stuck here for the time being, and accepting this tends to be a slow process of disbelief followed by resignation. Hm, and there are brochures available at the library if you happen to be credulous enough to accept their word without testing the paradigm yourself.
