Rules and Regulations
Before participating in any of my sprees, please read this very important Rules and Regulations.
ORDERING:
1. All sprees are open to LJ-ers and non LJ-ers.
2. Website-based sprees are denoted with 'W. Spree', while Supplier-based spree are denoted with 'S. Spree' on the Subject of the respective spree page.
3. Orders are to be posted in the respective entries of the sprees I am organising, with the ordering format given.
4. Failure to place orders in the given ordering format will result in me ignoring your orders, even if you made payment!
5. Once orders are placed, no backing out is allowed, especially for supplier-based sprees! Dead participants stay away! And don't even try deleting your orders while thinking I won't know, cause I do know! And I won't hesitate to leave negative feedback!
PAYMENT:
1. Payments are to be in within 3 days after you place your orders, or 2 days after spree closes. Whichever earlier!
2. For participants making payment via concealed cash, it is at your own risk!
3. If you need the payment dateline to be extended, email me! But I don't encourage these though!
4. Always rem to leave transcation number on your comment thread after transfering. I-bankers, please use your LJ nick!
DISTRIBUTION MODE:
1. If I do not hear from you within 2 weeks after I send the update (via mass email) saying that items have arrived, your items will be confiscated.
2. No refunds will be entertained as I am not responsible for lost goods sent via normal mail. I am also not responsible for missing items, or lost packages from the spree-s. (I have my own orders, and I am a victim too!) But those who dealt with me, you girls should know that I go all the way out in ensuring our items arrive safely! =)
3. All meet ups are to be done at my convenience!
UPDATES:
1. Minor updates will be posted on the respective spree page.
2. Major updates (example: confirmation of size&colors of orders before forwarding it to supplier/ dateline of payment/ arrival of items) will be done via mass email! So do make sure you type your email address correctly when you post your orders!
OTHERS:
1. I do not entertain Anonymous email or sms. So always rem to include your name.
2. I am contactable at jusmefang@gmail.com!
