Part 4

Orli fucks Dom from behind like an animal. Dom’s breathy groans spur him on harder. He slams in roughly taking what doesn’t really belong to him. He feels Dom’s sharp teeth pierce the skin on his forearm and in turn he bites him back on the shoulder. The blood flows between them not really sedating their appetites, but with the violent sex, it doesn’t seem to matter as much.

Dom cums with a primordial scream and Orli follows quickly letting out a guttural moan in Dom’s tired ear. He has seized a part of Dom’s undead life for his own and it makes him feel powerful..

Dom wrapped the sheet over his naked body. He couldn’t believe he was about to die. The fear showed in his face and he turned to Orli and then back to the dark figure in the doorway. Both of their eyes adjusted and Liv stepped in closer to the bed.

“Sorry.” She said unapologetically. “Was I interrupting something?”

“No. We’re done.” Orli got off the bed naked reaching for his trousers. He looked at what Liv was wearing and let out a low whistle. “He let you out of the house in that?”

“What do you think?” Was her sneering response. “I left and came here to think. I wanted to be alone but I smelled the two of you and decided to see what was going on. Does Bill know?”

“Hmmm.” Orli responded. Dom was starting to feel like shit but he didn’t say anything. Orli continued. “So what’d you run away for?”

“Mia and Elijah started fighting about how much the other doesn’t love me. I couldn’t take it anymore.” She sat down on the bed and lowered her head. Her dark hair became a veil surrounding her pale features.

“That’s crazy. They both love you more than they love anyone else. They’ve always fought. Even before you were turned. Remember? Mia loves you so much she wanted to join you in eternal life. Elijah loves you so much he couldn’t let you suffer without your sister.”

Liv did remember the night they had been made vampires. The four of them had been hanging out for a while when Liv out of nowhere asked Elijah to make her like him. She had never let on before that moment that she knew what they were. He had been very surprised.

Then she thought about Sean and what had been happening the past few years. “He doesn’t love me anymore. He doesn‘t even make love to me anymore.”

“Just because he’s drifted away doesn’t mean he still doesn’t love you.” Orli brushed the hair from her face. His eyes conveyed that he knew her pain. He was thinking about his Sire as well. There were no tears in her eyes but the sorrow was still there nonetheless. He brought her face up to his, kissed her gently and sat back again.

She smiled. “You’re hungry. You both are. I can offer some.” She held out her arm.

“No, that’s ok.” Orli refused for both of them. He patted Dom’s flat stomach and replied, “He could stand to lose a couple of pints.”

Sean strolled to his building. It was a nice day and he decided to walk. It had nothing to do with the fact that he and Elijah had become lovers again and he wanted to get into shape. No. It was just too nice a day to waste driving in gridlock for a distance he could easily walk.

He didn’t even notice the dark van until strong arms grabbed him from behind and pulled him inside. He turned to look at his captors. “What do you want?” barely escaped his lips before he felt the shock of a tazer to his chest.

**********

The first call went to Elijah. He was informed that if he didn’t want them to kill his beloved he’d better be at Sean’s house that night. He complied and had to lie his way into the house saying he worked with Sean at the paper and needed something from his computer.

The second call was to Christine while Elijah was there. Sean was on the other end and was forced to tell them both on speakerphone that if he was to live, Elijah would tell them where the lair was. Christine was completely baffled. She knew nothing about vampires and to be in the same house with one made her nervous.

“I’ll do anything.” She announced. “I just want Sean back unharmed.”

“We won’t hurt him as long as you get Elijah to do what we ask.” The female voice warned. “We’ll call back in the morning.” She added before hanging up.

Christine turned to Elijah angrily. “You have to tell them. I don’t know how you know Sean or what they want you for, but I am going to get my husband back.”

Elijah didn’t seem to be listening to her. He looked out the front door for any suspicious vehicles. He wasn’t sure if they would call from their hideout or if they were closer than that. He didn’t see anything but supposed they should go the back way and stay in the shadows. “We’re getting out of here.”

“Like hell we are!” She argued. “If we run, They kill Sean.”

“They won’t hurt him. He’s human. They wouldn’t dare. But if you don’t leave here now you and the girls will be in even greater danger.”

That got her attention. They got the children and just as she thought they were lost going down strange streets and backtracking some, they arrived at a large but plain looking house.

“Go on in.” Elijah motioned and she walked with trepidation into the vampire’s lair.
