I really hate when you call a customer service line and the person who answers can barely speak English. At least 15 minutes is wasted repeating things back and fourth. It's aggravating and frustrating

i hate the retarded waiting songs that they play too. i memorize them everytime and i end up singing them and continue to sing them when the ppl finally pick up.
