$500 a month but everythign is included. and extras r phone voicemail call waiting high speed internet etc. its a sweet place though. and right across the st from University of Central Florida and also liek 20 min from downtown.

hahaha thanks. yeah the communities I've seen get really nasty and harsh on some people. I dont know why i join but they r fun sometimes. I wouldn't worry about it though cuz everyone has their own taste.
