Being the parent of an aging dog with health issues, I know how difficult it is. I don't think it's anything to do with "failure", I think it's about accepting the reality and making the right decision. You're doing a great thing by fostering these sweet animals, you've paid a big price though. I wouldn't have the wherewithal to even attempt such a thing, I really admire this charity in you.
i just feel so bad for breaking his little heart it feels like i just broke up with a boyfriend and told him I had enough and needed to move on
but its been so weird today the house quiet, no washer and dryer constantly running i had a lot more free time he took so much of it always following around if he left the room, doing puke and pee sweeps of the house, cleaning up something every hour when he was awake, taking him out every 2 to 3 hours and mixing his food supplements up
it was so much work but i still feel sad and really miss him just not all the cleaning
