We drove through Gary on our way to and from Michigan last weekend. Driving through it is when you make sure your car is recirculating air instead of bring it in from the outside.

YES! Not only is it awful to look at...it smells too!

this place is pretty small
the best and most fabulous thing of Indiana is they have a huge wind turbine farm

When I tell people I'm from Youngstown, they sometimes look afraid, as if people from Youngstown are all violent criminals.

But people from Gary say, "Oh yeah? I'm from Gary." And then everyone else starts slowly moving toward the nearest exits.
