Apparently, the American Family Association has called for a boycott of Mrs. Field's cookies because the company is not offering any "Merry Christmas" products this year. Some Christians are horribly offended by this and are ready to make a stand because "Happy Holidays" and "Peace on Earth" just aren't good enough. Christmas is a Christian holiday, and how dare Mrs. Field's prevent us all from celebrating it the way Christians want. After all, there's nothing more Jesus-like than buying expensive cookies and putting them into a mass-produced box with "Merry Christmas" on it.

Yes, it drives me nuts too. Luckily, most Christians are not whack jobs at all and can play with others in the sandbox just fine.
