Why do people stop to turn left in a lane of traffic, when there is a perfectly good turn lane right there in the middle of the road? Why? Why?

It seems these days liscense are given out in cracker jack boxes. Makes you ever wonder how people passed their driving test.

The other move that drives me nuts is when people pull slooooowly into the turn lane, while their car becomes perpendicular to the road and the back end sticks into the drive lane.

It's crazy!

Yeah. It's terrible, but I am often tempted to just ram their cars or at least barely miss them. I have a little thing for safety, though, so it hasn't happened yet.
