I'd guess and say that the scent of foreign bunnies is causing thing... when we went to adopt Lucky from the Humane Society, the girl who helped us told us that other strange bunnies can cause your pets to misbehave in various ways. But, I guess I wouldn't know for sure.
The strange thing in all this is that I moved into this apartment at the end of July and they never really acted out. I really don't know what's going on with them but they haven't done it since I posted. They're both fixed but Joy, my female, is having trouble learning to use the litter box. The worst part is I think she thinks she's doing it right because she'll sit on the box when she has to do her business but hangs her ass over the edge and completely misses. I don't really know what to do about that either. I guess I just keep working with her. Thanks for your input!
