I'm pretty sure I HATE my hair. $160 just to get exactly what i didn't want. I don't care if my natural undertones are red. I'm not supposed to look natural. thats not the point. damn man, Roger needs to make like a computer and get with the program. he better fix this shit tomorrow for free.
