Here is a very nifty rhyme to know. It will prevent you from getting really sick if you are drinking. So remember it and drink safe:

Beer before liquor; never been sicker
Liquor before beer and you're in the clear!

Yes, but who the hell would hit hard liquor and then decide, "Oh, now I'd like a beer"? I mean, come on, if you're drinking liquor it's to get drink drank DRUNK.

Yea well Echo you are just too hard core to live by this rule. It's helped me many a times when Im say drinking beer and I see people taking shots and want to join in until I remeber "oh shit the rhyme" . I acctually like beer so I am one to make stupid mistakes like that. And I have gone from hard to beer. You know to sort of calm myself as the night is winding down

Maybe it's just me?

Eh, beer is the nastiest thing in creation anyway. Tequila + lemon juice/margherita mix = my beer. In fact, I was playing drinking games once with a group of friends, and got quite a bit more smashed than they did, because it was like "Echo, take a shot of tequila!" while everyone else was like "Take a swig of beer!" ..yeah.
