...so I got into a fraternity.

It's called Alpha Epsilon Pi, and it's a traditionally Jewish organization.

I've gotten a bid, but I haven't decided whether or not to pledge yet. And frankly, I'm completely unsure about either choice.

When I pledged Kappa Kappa Psi, I was very unsure of what I wanted to do it for real. But overall, it was a great experience and I'm part of an organization I love.

There's my point of view; take it or leave it as you wish.

Oooh, interesting.......

Would this be the only fraternity you'd consider? What're the people like? What's the Greek life like? What duties would it entail? Would you get to meet girls by doing stuff with sororities?

Yeah, I didn't really look at any of the others. The people are all really chill. Mostly economics/math people, but a few journalists and film majors. Plus, I met a math major last night and we had a really intelligent conversation about theatre and modern art. Who knew?

They said that participation is as much as you want. They do lots of stuff with sororities and they have Jewish events, but you don't have to go to everything. Apparently some people are there all the time, and some people have really extensive activities and just come when they can.
