I don't swear much either. Or rather, I almost don't do it at all in my native language... but in English I might do it, sometimes. I also sometimes type or think such words, even though I wouldn't say them out loud.

I have to be extremely wound up, or in extreme pain such as toe stubbing, to swear. More usually I say 'Mary', 'chuffing' or if describing a disagreeable person 'twonk' or 'nobhead'. Occasionally I sneakily say 'Scheiße', swearing in German with few people realising.

And I'm a little partial to an Irish 'feck' - the word the inventive Catholic Irish came up with so they could give vent to their feelings and not have to tell it in confession.
